Return & Refund Policy:

Items NOT marked Final Sale:
Once the package is delivered, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item(s) back unworn and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds at this time. All returns will be processed as store credit.
You will receive a return label that will be deducted from your store credit. Returns must be sent out to our return center within 7 days of receipt of your return label or the label will expire. Once we receive your return, we will email you back with your store credit within 2-5 business days. Any shipping cost from the original order will not be applied to the store credit.
Any returns that are over 30 days from the received date will not be accepted.
All returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we will not accept the return and will be discarded.

Items MARKED Final Sale:
Due to the nature of our products and manufacturer policies, all jewelry sales are considered final and non-returnable. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any jewelry items, including but not limited to rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets.
Non-Refundable Items:
All jewelry purchases are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and the payment is processed, we cannot issue refunds. Please make sure to double-check your order and ensure that you have selected the correct items before completing the purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address the issue promptly.
